AI automation
In short
Emails and chat threads turn into clean tasks automatically: ChatGPT extracts every to-do with deadline and priority, you transfer them to Todoist or Google Tasks. In the premium variant, Make.com or Zapier detects new messages by itself and creates the tasks directly in Notion or Todoist – no more forgotten promises.
Read this text: [TEXT]. Extract all concrete tasks as a list, each with deadline and priority if recognisable.
Limits: Manual transfer into the app.
Read this text: [TEXT]. Extract all concrete tasks as a list, each with deadline and priority if recognisable. Output JSON: task, deadline, priority.
Added value: Automatic task capture without manual copying.
Clearly worded commitments ("I'll send it by Friday") it catches very reliably; vague hints can slip through. The prompt addition "also list implicit tasks" helps – the final check remains a quick glance over the list.
In the manual variant you spot duplicates while transferring. In the automation, a filter step in Make/Zapier that checks for an identical task before creating one is worthwhile.
Copying into ChatGPT works with any chat. For the automation you need a trigger in the tool – Slack and Gmail are standard; Teams works via Zapier, WhatsApp only through workarounds.
